YOGA FOR KIDS

This program introduces yoga to children, through in a fun and engaging manner though story telling, allowing each child to develop and live in optimal health and inner peace.

We introduce yoga practices including a few simple life-enhancing asanas and kriyas through through fun games and play so that children experience a sense of belonging and unity with the life forces around them.

Yoga often enhances concentration and memory, improve focus and mind-body coordination and helps prevent obesity, asthma, sinusitis and other chronic ailments that develop as these young kids grow into adults.
