We offer training at various locations and at our centre. If we are not at a location near you, you can build your group with your child’s friends from school or neighbourhood, all residing in the vicinity & with compatible time slots. Our trainer will show up with the equipment at your convenient location.
Our training includes
- Essential movement fundamentals for the entire body to best prepare young children for a strong foundation in sport/athletics.
- Progressive exercises, activities and athletic drills in seven key components essentials for success in any sport – improve Agility, Flexibility, Coordination, Balance, Stamina, Strength and Speed.
PLAY by Vitality also provides one-on-one Fitness coaching and Aquatic therapy and Aqua fitness for children especially junior athletes and sports players.
- PLAY TODDLER – 1.5 years to 3 years
- PLAY PRESCHOOLERS – 3 years to 6 years
- PLAY PRIMARY – 6 years to 8 years
- PLAY PRETEENS – 8 years to 12 years
